David P. Francis
Senior Portfolio Manager, Fixed Income Analyst
David monitors and implements Fixed Income strategy for discretely managed portfolios. He has extensive experience in developing computer applications and is responsible for creating many of the proprietary portfolio management and market analysis programs used at Bartlett.
David received his B.S. degree in Finance from Ball State University and received his M.B.A. degree in International Business from Xavier University.
David joined Bartlett & Co. in 1989, and has 20 years of investment experience.
James B. Hagerty, CFA
Senior Portfolio Manager, Product Manager for the Relative Value Equity strategy
His investment management client base includes investment advisory accounts, trusts, IRA portfolios, and charitable accounts.
Jim received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Dayton. He serves on the advisory board of the Catholic Inner City Schools Educational Fund (CISE) and on the Foundation Committee at Purcell Marian High School. He has served as an Adjunct Professor in the Finance Department at Xavier University.
Jim joined Bartlett & Co. in 1994, and has 21 years of investment experience.
Terrence T. Kelly, CFA
Senior Portfolio Manager
Terry provides investment advisory services to high net worth individuals and their families, foundations, endowments and non-profit institutions.
Terry received his B.S. from the University of Kentucky. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Family Service of the Cincinnati Area and is a member of the Cincinnati Art Museum Corporate Council. Terry is a past president of the Cincinnati Society of Financial Analysts.
Terry joined Bartlett & Co. in 2001, and has 26 years of investment experience.
Jason M. Kiss, CFA
Senior Portfolio Manager, Director of Research
Jason works with high net worth individuals and their families, and with institutional clients managing fixed income and balanced portfolios.
Jason graduated from Clemson University with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in International Accounting and Finance. Jason is the president of Cincinnati Area Senior Services and the treasurer of the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company.
Jason joined Bartlett & Co. in January 2000 and has 14 years of investment experience.
James A. Miller, CFA
Senior Portfolio Manager, Chairman
James focuses his investment management practice on high net worth individuals and their families, and foundations and endowments.
Jim received his BA degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School. Jim currently serves on the boards of the Contemporary Arts Center, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, the Wellness Community, Xavier University, and on the national board of governors of the American Jewish Committee. He is also a member of the University of Michigan Economics Department Advisory Council. Jim is co-chair of the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati Endowment initiative.

James (Rick) B. Reynolds, CFA
Senior Portfolio Manager
Rick concentrates his investment management practice on high net worth individuals and their families.
Rick is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington D.C. He received an M.B.A. from Xavier University. In addition to his professional duties at Bartlett & Co., Rick maintains responsibilities on the boards of religious, cultural, and business organizations in Cincinnati and regionally.
Rick joined Bartlett & Co. in 1967, and has 42 years of investment experience.
Troy R. Snider, CFA
Senior Portfolio Manager, Fixed Income Analyst
Troy specializes in corporate and municipal credit analysis and security selection. As a member of the Fixed Income Group, he shares the responsibility for the development of the fixed income strategy and its implementation across Bartlett’s discretely managed accounts.
Troy was a credit analyst with a major investment research firm and nationally recognized ratings agency in Chicago. Troy earned an M.B.A. from Indiana University, and B.S.M.E. from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology.
